There is a brutal surge in atrocities committed on poor, dalits and tribals in the recent times. It's heart numbing to read these news and incidents, the graphic nature of violence can really shake you. While collecting these news I found The Dalit Voice Twitter handle had the most extensive coverage of these incidents also their tweets had visuals which most news reports shyed away to accommodate. So you see this trend is not limited to one place but all over India. What could be the reason? There should be a holistic analysis. This could be a psychological effect that a hyper Hindutva government is in place thus the sanatani (say Manuwadi) way of living is enacted in the modern times. सरकार हमारी है कौन क्या उखाड़ लेगा attitude. May be yes, may be no we need to discuss this.

Is it social media? That driving people apart ... specifically mobile chat groups... I have seen hate messages they are humiliating and can really incite deep devil in a person. We need thoughts on this topic. Please, feel free to put down your thoughts analysing the root cause.
